These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ChatGPT Folders Chrome extension ("Extension") and any related website operated by Wimeki ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using the Extension, you agree to these Terms.
ChatGPT Folders is a Chrome browser extension that allows users to organize their ChatGPT conversations into color-coded folders. The Extension injects UI components into the ChatGPT web interface and stores folder data using Chrome's built-in storage APIs.
The Extension is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to OpenAI or ChatGPT.
The Extension is available in two tiers:
Pro licenses are sold and managed through Lemon Squeezy. By purchasing a Pro license, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the Extension or any part of it.
Upon purchasing a Pro plan, you will receive a license key. This key is for your personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or transferred. We reserve the right to revoke a license key if we detect misuse or violation of these Terms.

Your folder data is stored locally in Chrome's storage APIs on your device and synced across your Chrome profile. We do not collect, store, or have access to your folder names, chat titles, or any content you organize with the Extension. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for Pro plan purchases. Please review the feature list carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about whether the Extension will work for your use case, contact us at admin@wimeki.com before buying.
The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all versions of the ChatGPT interface. Because the Extension depends on ChatGPT's DOM structure, functionality may be temporarily affected when OpenAI updates their interface.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wimeki shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Extension, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where Wimeki operates.
